Equality and Quality Impact Assessment Training

As public sector organisations, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have a duty to assess the impacts of the decisions it makes. To support this, CCG staff are asked to undertake Equality and Quality Impact Assessment for all areas of service development or service review.

This video is intended to support staff in undertaking their assessments by explaining the process they must follow.

The policies relevant to this training can be found in this section of the website.
