Patient Experience Team

The Patient Experience Team provides information and advice on local NHS services for patients, their families and carers and is often the first point of contact for residents who live in the Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood areas.

Although most people accessing NHS funded health care are happy with their treatment, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with the NHS service you’ve experienced, you are entitled to complain about it.  You can contact the Patient Experience Team who will be able to advise you about the NHS Complaints Procedure and how to take your complaint forward.  Further information is available here.

Information that has been held previously by NHS Rushcliffe, NHS Nottingham West, NHS Nottingham City, NHS Nottingham North and East, NHS Mansfield and Ashfield, and NHS Newark and Sherwood CCGS is transferring to the new CCG NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG on 1 April 2020.
